I have SIBO and have taken too many rounds of antibiotics to eliminate the bacterial overgrowth. I'm 68 years old & have been taking plasmaide over many years. With getting up early for work & still participating in sport & exercise on a daily basis Plasmaide definitely gets me thru each day . On the bike it feels like I have almost another gear.
Powers that had me feeling a lot of fatigue seem marginally easier.
I do not notice any change in the pool though.
I will buy again though.
