Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

For product that is damaged or faulty we will endeavour to replace it. 

To request a return, please contact us at hello@plasmaide.com and our team will be happy to assist. 

Contact must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and you must have a valid proof of purchase. 

In the event that we are unable to replace the product we will reimburse your credit card for the amount debited for the order including any postage paid.  

If we require the product to be returned to us, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We recommend that you take steps to insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

REFUND POLICY

If a refund is agreed to it will be processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods. No credit will be issued for items not in a resalable condition. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our website. 

We do not offer returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’, sale items, gift cards or on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.

We do not offer store credits.
